Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Plant Safety & Packaging
All plants are carefully packed to ensure freshness and safety during transit.
We take special care in packaging live plants, however slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to natural conditions.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Green Plants is not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
A damaged plant
A wrong item
An incomplete order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
Delays & Force Majeure
Green Plants shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
