Sansevieria Moonshine is a member of our Snake plant family. Snake Plant “Moon Shine” has silvery-green foliage that reaches a maximum of about 16 inches. It stays extremely compact, and growth is near-vertical without branching. Plants convert CO2 into oxygen at night most so they are the ideal plant to brighten up a bedroom and help you sleep better by breathing cleaner, oxygen-rich air all night long.
They’re close to impossible to kill. They thrive on neglect, responding best to the lightest of watering and then just being left alone. If you don’t get much natural light, no problem. Another nickname for this plant is ‘Viper’s bowstring hemp’, because its strong fibers were once used to make strings for bows.
