Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of live plants, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
You receive a damaged plant or product
You receive the wrong item
Your order is incomplete
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Live plants once delivered in healthy condition
Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
Items without original packaging
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
The product is damaged on arrival
The wrong item was delivered
The product is unavailable after purchase
Once your request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer:
A replacement plant or product
A store credit
A partial refund
The decision will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
